Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in a completely resaleable condition meaning it must not have any stains or marks on it. It must also be in the original packaging. International exchanges must pay a payment of £14.99 for the delivery of the new item. Any faults with your purchase must be reported to us within the first 7 days. You can return your goods for a refund within 14 days of receipt. If you received a 'free item' with your purchase, this must also be returned to us. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level. 


Delivery

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Each product description states when your item will be on its way to you. (These are an estimate and can be subject to change.) 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with an address where the recipient will be able to receive the parcel or be able to collect the parcel if they are not there to accept delivery.

If you have ordered more than one item please note that they will be sent together and not separately unless stated otherwise. Orders of larger quantities may be sent in seperate packages.

Our orders are sent via Royal Mail's 1st Class, 2nd Class, Signed For and Tracked services. Orders to Australia are tracked and your order can generally take up to 14 days to reach you.

Please also allow extra time (2-3 days) during the bank holiday period as Royal Mail do not operate on bank holidays.

If items have been attempted to be delivered and have been unsuccessful, they will go back to your local mailing / post office. Parcels are generally held by the mailing / post office for around 14 days. After this point if no collection is attempted by the customer, the item will be sent back to the courier to send back to us. Once back with us, a refund of the item/s ordered will be issued. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit whilst on their way back to us. 


Shipping costs

The cost of shipping on your order is non-refundable. If an order is returned to us the value of the items in the order will be refunded - this does not include the postage paid. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you wish to return your item. 

Your item must be returned using a tracked service.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
